Chapter 15 and 16
First of all chapter was so short but all i know is that this is the part where Jonas experienced war but i wonder why the Giver said please take some of the pain.But something i found grimm is how the area around Jonas was torn by war and all of that description of people and animals getting killed i just found it horrible.Unfortunately that is just how the world is.But chapter 16 on the other hand was least violent.But something that hit me when i was reading is that there are no grandparents and no such thing as love.I think that's wrong because with elders wisdom the world and Jonas's community will be so much better.But from reading i think that Jonas would like the idea of grandparents and love because there is none of that in his community.
