Chapter 11
In this chapter we finally know the receiver's name (The Giver) i don't know what kind of name that is but it certainly is better than the Receiver of memory.Also in the chapter is how Jonas came back to the same vision and rode the sled again so that means that all of the Givers memory have great value.And also what is the point of the Giver besides giving memories.Is there something im missing.
Chapter 12
This chapter is my favorite because Jonas is experiencing a very new colour for the very first time red.And this is the question i wanted to ask all the story ,Is everything black and white?But reading this chapter i think that the world was black and white.I know that Jonas's village was all about sameness but i think that sameness destroys who you are.But i think its just strange how Jonas is experiencing a new colour and is it only his town that is black and white?
